UPSC Result 2024: 11 Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir Shine in UPSC Civil Service Exam 2023

Srinagar, April 17:The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the results of the Civil Service Exam 2023 on Tuesday, revealing a remarkable achievement by eleven candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir. Among the 1,016 successful candidates, these individuals have showcased exceptional dedication and perseverance, making their mark on the national stage.

Aditya Srivastava from Uttar Pradesh emerged as the topper of this year's examination, according to the notification issued by the UPSC.

Anmol Rathore, a twenty-four-year-old from Doda district, secured the seventh All India Rank (AIR) in the UPSC Civil Service Exam. Notably, Rathore had previously topped the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Examination (JKCSE) 2022 and is presently undergoing training at the Revenue Training Institute in Jammu. Rathore's journey is emblematic of the potential within the youth of the region, demonstrating the significance of harnessing their energy in the right direction.

Arjun Gupta, representing Kathua district, clinched the 32nd rank in the select list, further adding to the laurels achieved by candidates from the state.
