The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct a Computer Based Examination for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) in May 2024. The selected candidates will be appointed as Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial in CAPFs and Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police.

Pay Scale: Level-6 (Rs.35,400-Rs.1,12,400/-)

Classification: Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted), Non-Ministerial

Sub-Inspector (Executive) - (Male/Female) in Delhi Police:

Pay Scale: Level-6 (Rs.35,400-Rs.1,12,400/-)

Classification: Group ‘C’ by Delhi Police

Nationality/Citizenship:

Candidates must be citizens of India, Nepal, or Bhutan.

Candidates from Nepal or Bhutan must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2024):

20-25 years (Born between 02.08.1999 and 01.08.2004)

Educational Qualification (as on 01.08.2024):

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

Candidates appearing for their Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination must possess the essential qualification by 01.08.2024.

Applications, through online mode, are invited from the domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, possessing the Academic/Professional qualification and age, for the posts, details of which are given below:

Important Instructions: Candidates are advised to update their One Time Registration before filling the application form.

The application form, together with instructions for filling up the application forms, will be available at the website of the commission from 07-03-2024.

Candidates are advised to go through the instructions and all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the post before filling up the online application form.

ate for filling up of the online application form complete in all respects along with the requisite fee (online mode only) is 27-03-2024.

The last date for receipt of online applications provided in the notification shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility as regards acquisition of domicile certificate, reserved category certificate, educational and professional qualifications.

The minimum and maximum age will, however, be reckoned with reference to 18 January 2024.

Candidates can edit some of the fields in their online application form W.E.F 28-03-2024 to 30-03-2024 (UP TO 11.59 PM). Instructions in this regard will be separately made available on the website.

Candidates are required to upload all the mandatory prescribed/requisite documents along with the online application form.

In case the mandatory prescribed/requisite documents are not uploaded with the online application form, the application form/candidature of the applicant is liable to be rejected without any further notice.

Candidates will not be required to submit a hard copy of the online application form or any other documents to the commission at the time of filling up the online application form. The candidate will, however, be required to present/produce a downloaded copy of the online application form along with the original certificates at the time of document verification.

Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much before the closing date and not wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability to pay fee or failure to log in to the online application portal on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.

Prescribed Qualification: Designation: Assistant Legal Remembrancer/District Litigation Officer. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University established by law in India with at least two years actual practice at Bar certified by the concerned District.

Requisite Fee: After successful submission of the online application form, the candidate will be required to deposit the requisite fee through online mode. The amount of fee to be paid is given below:
