The Provisional Answer Key of the question paper (Series A, B, C, D) for the above said examination is provided at Annexure "A" to this notice for the information of the candidates. Any candidate having objection(s) to the answer key, may subnit his/her objection(s)/representation(s) in respect of such question(s) on prescribed format/proforma annexed herewith as Annexure "B" along with the documentary proof/evidence substantiating the claim (hard copies only) and a fee of Rs. 200/- (in the form of demand draft) per question (refundable in case of genuine/correct representation/objection) in favour of the Accounts Officer, J&K Services Selection Board. Copy to the: - In case, the objection is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised accordingly in respect of all candidates. No candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her objection individually. The objections/representations can be submitted in offline mode only, in the office of JKSSB, CPO Chowk, Panjtirthi, Jammu/JKSSB, Zamzam Building, Rambagh, Srinagar on three working days starting from 29-01-2024, during office hours only. The Board shall not entertain any such representations/objections after the expiry of the stipulated period or through any other mode.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the much-awaited RRB ALP Notification 2024 for recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilots. 

A total of 5696 vacancies have been announced for the post of ALP across various Railway zones and production units. Candidates who possess the required ITI/Diploma/Degree qualifications in Engineering can submit their applications online starting 20th January 2024 on the official RRB website - https://indianrailways.gov.in/. 

The last date for submission of online applications is 19th February 2024. Applicants also need to pay the application fee of Rs. 500 (Gen/OBC) or Rs. 250 (Reserved categories) while filling the form.

Advance notice for the conduct of Written Examination for the various

It is ~ereby notified for the information of candidates that J&K Services

Selection Board (JKSSB) is scheduled to conduct the written test for the various posts

whose details are given in Annexure" A" to this notice, tentatively on the dates

mentioned against each.

CBI files charge-sheet against 15 accused in JE recruitment exam paper leak case

JAMMU 1/1/24 (PTI) : The CBI on Monday said it has filed a charge-sheet against 15 accused in a case related to irregularities in a written examination for the recruitment of junior engineer (civil) in Jammu and Kashmir's Jal Shakti Department.

The Central Bureau of Investigation had registered the case on January 9 last year on a request from the Jammu and Kashmir administration. The exam was conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB).

The 15 accused against whom the charge-sheet was filed include a former Jammu and Kashmir assistant sub-inspector, a former CRPF head constable, a former Army sepoy and a teacher, the CBI said.

During investigation, it was found that the accused conspired with a private person, it said.

"In pursuance of the conspiracy, an employee of the printing press allegedly stole the question paper of JE (Civil) examination and handed over the same to the said private person. The private person contacted other accused to arrange/solicit candidates for sale of leaked questions," the agency said.

The CBI said the candidates were taken to Panchkula, Haryana and provided leaked question papers in exchange for money.

The investigation was spread across several states, involved analysis of voluminous technical data, bank accounts, toll data and examination of more than 100 witnesses, it said.
