5 Reservation 

1 A candidate seeking his/her consideration under any Reserved Category must ensure that he/she possesses a valid requisite Category certificate as on the cut off date 

ii The category certificate should remain valid during and upto the completion of selection process 

iii The candidature of the candidates will be provisional till the genuineness of the reserved category certificate is verified by the Appointing Authority

iv Candidates may note that in case a claim for reservation is made on the basis of false/fake/fraudulent certificate he/she shall be debarred from the examination(s) conducted by the J&K Public Service Commission in addition to any other penal action as may be deemed appropriate

1	Candidates are advised to update their One Time Registration before filling the application form.
2	The application form together with instructions will be available on Commission's website from 05.08.2023.
3	Candidates should read the instructions and eligibility conditions before filling the application form.
4	Last date for filling online application along with fee is 19.08.2023.
5	Cut-off date for determining eligibility is last date of online application.
6	Minimum and maximum age will be reckoned as on 15.01.2023.
7	Candidates can edit some fields in application form from 20.08.2023 to 22.08.2023.
8	Candidates must upload all mandatory documents along with application form.

Educational Qualification: 

 MBBS or Possession of recognized Graduate Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the 3rd Scheduled (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 

Holders of education qualifications included in part-II of the 3 Scheduled should fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

5. Reservation :
