"Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support" in Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools

Applications through online mode, on the prescribed format, are invited from the post-graduate candidates having secured a minimum of 50% marks in Postgraduation and who are domiciled in the UT of J&K. This hiring is on a temporary basis for the position of "Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support" in Government High and Higher Secondary Schools of various districts of the Kashmir/Jammu Division, for the following subjects, as per the provided vacancies:

Terms and conditions:

1. The hiring shall be made purely on a "temporary basis" at the Higher Secondary level (and Secondary level as per need), with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand only).

2. The selection will be based on merit, which will be determined separately for each district and subject-wise.

3. The hiring shall be made up until 31st March 2024, strictly based on the performance and feedback of the School Head.

4. The hiring thus made shall not grant any preferential claim to the candidates for selection on a regular basis.

5. The tenure of the "temporary hiring" shall conclude on 31st March 2024, without any further notice or information, or until regular arrangements are made by the Government, whichever occurs earlier.

Age Limit: 40 Years

Domicile:

The candidate should be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The candidate must possess the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as of the last date prescribed for the submission of the online application form.

Documents to be uploaded:

The following documents shall be uploaded with the application form: 

1. Domicile Certificate.

2. Affidavit duly sworn in and attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, as per the enclosed prescribed format.

3. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).

4. PG Degree along with consolidated Marks Cards.

5. M.Phil. Certificate, if applicable.

6. Ph.D. Certificate, if applicable.

7. NET/SET Certificate, if applicable.

8. Scanned Front Page of the Research publication/s, not exceeding five publications. (Published in Peer-Reviewed or UGC Listed Journals)

9. Character Antecedents Certificate from Special DG CID J&K (after final selection).

How to apply:

1. The candidates are required to apply online through the website of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir using the link available at www.dsek.nic.in Misc OrderMain.html. or https://schedujammu.nic.in.The application process will be open from 10th of August, 12 noon, until 20th of August 2023. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. The candidate shall also be required to upload an image of a recent passport-sized colored photograph.

No application shall be entertained after the expiry of the last date. Applications should be supported by self-attested certificates/testimonials.

In the event of any information given by the candidate being found false, incomplete, incorrect, forged, or tampered, the candidature of the applicant will be canceled without any notice. Furthermore, providing misleading information shall also warrant necessary legal and criminal actions.

6. Subject-wise/District-wise vacancies can increase or decrease depending on transfers, promotions, and outcomes of PSC selections/appointments, if any.

7. One candidate can apply in only one district.

Selection procedure:

The selection of candidates will be made by this Directorate following the prescribed scale of weightage as outlined below:

1. PG - 80 Points (on a pro-rata basis).

2. M.Phil - 05 Points (Across the board).

3. Ph.D./NET/SET - 10 Points (Across the board; if the candidate has all three, points will be awarded for one only).

4. Publications (National & international level) - 05 Points, one point for each such publication up to a maximum of 5 points.
