The Final Selection for the remaining 3422 Class-IV Posts in
District/Divisional/Union Territory Cadres, advertised vide Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated
04.06.2020, was notified by the Board vide Notification No. SSB/Secy/Sel/Class-IV/2021/6202-09
dated 06.10.2022..
The above Final Selection List, inter-alia provided that such candidates whose
recommendations are withheld shall submit the requisite documents within 'one month' from the
date of issuance of the list positively. Among these, the recommendations of various candidates
have been kept withheld subject to clarification regarding their maximum qualification.
In order to expedite a decision on these withheld cases, it has been decided that all
such candidates shall be afforded a final opportunity to submit the necessary documents as proof
with regard to their maximum qualification. The documents shall also be accompanied with an
Undertaking to the effect that they do not possess higher qualification than 10+2 and in case any
document/information submitted by them is found fake/incorrect, action as warranted under rules
shall be taken against them and their recommendation for selection shall be liable to cancellation
