         Advertisement Notification No, 02 of 2022 dated 06-05-2022 

Consequent upon the declaration of result of University Recruitment Test 2022 held on 28" August, 2022 the candidates falling under consideration zone for the post of Field-cum-Laboratory Assistant (FCLA) & Draftsman as per the merit ‘obtained in writen test Figuring in Annexure “A" & “B" to this notice, are hereby informed to appear in person for Documents Verification before the designated Committee on 03.11.2022 (11:00 am) at Hall No. 1, adjacent to Nund Reshi Hall ‘Main Campus SKUAST-Kashmir, Shalimar Srinagar.

‘The candidates are advised to bring the following documents in original aslo a self-attested xerox copies thereof;

41. Copy of Online Application form

2, 0.0.8 Certificate (Certificate/Marks card of Class 10")

3. 10+2 Marks Card/Diploma

4. Bachelor's Degree Marks Card (if any)

5. Reservation Category certificate, if applicable (category certificate ‘acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms shall not be entertained)

6. Domicile certificate

7. Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.

8. Two recent Passport size photographs

The candidate/s who fail to produce any certificate/ testimonials) in original before the Document Verification Committee at the time of Documents Verification shall foreit their candidature.

The candidate(s) who fail to appear in the Documents Verification on the ‘ven date shall not be called later and shall forfeit his/her right for consideration

Incase any deficiency with reference to eligibility, et is established/proved at the time of Documents Verification or subsequently, the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified abinicio.

 

        

 

Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated /tampered documents / testimonials or making false, in correct or suppressingy Yael ‘formation shall be liable for criminal prosecution under law.

What is the Nationality/ Citizenship?

Candidate must be a citizen of India. Vacancies in CAPFs & AR are state/UT/area wise hence a candidate must submit domicile/ PRC against his state/ UT. 

What is the  Age Limit?

18-23 years as on 01-01-2023. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2000 and later than 01-01-2005 in normal course. However, after relaxation of three (03) years in upper age, the candidate should not have been born earlier than 02-01-1997. 

What is the Educational Qualifications (As on 01-01-2023)?

7.1 The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

7.2 Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as on the stipulated date will not be eligible and need not apply.

7.3 As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10-06- 2015 published in the Gazette of India all the degrees/ diplomas/ certificates awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the University

Grants Commission Act, 1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government provided they have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University Grants Commission. Accordingly, unless such degrees are recognized for the relevant period when the candidates acquired the qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational

What is the necessary Qualification?

7.4 All the candidates who are called for Document Verification will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificates etc. for completion of Matriculation in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before the cut-off date, failing which the candidature of such candidates will be cancelled by the Commission. The candidates who are able to prove, by documentary evidence, that the result of the qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut-off date and he has been declared passed, will also be considered to meet the educational qualification. It is reiterated that the result of requisite educational qualification must have been declared by the Board/ Institute/ University by the specified date. Mere processing of the result by the Board/ University/ Institute by the cutoff date does not fulfill the EQ requirement.

7.5 Incentive to NCC Certificate Holders: The incentive to ‘NCC Certificate’ holders will be granted at the following scales: Certificate Category Incentive/ Bonus marks

NCC ‘C’ Certificate 5% of the maximum marks of the examination

NCC ‘B’ Certificate 3% of the maximum marks of the examination

NCC ‘A’ Certificate 2% of the maximum marks of the examination
