  1. Document Verification of additional candidates falling under 
  2. consideration zone for various posts of Health and Medical Education 
  3. Department advertised vide Notification No.02 of 2021 dated: 26-03-
  4. 2021. 
  5. Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board vide office Notice 
  6. No. SSB/COE/H&ME/2021/7477-84, dated 02-11-2021, issued the list of the candidates 
  7. falling under consideration zone for various posts of Health and Medical Education 
  8. Department advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated: 26-03-2021 for which the 
  9. Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted w.e.f. 17th August, 2021 to 25th August 2021; 
  10. and 
  11. Whereas, vide Notification No. SSB/COE/Health/2021/7598-7606, dated: 09-
  12. 11-2021, the candidates figuring in the consideration zone were called to appear for Document 
  13. Verification before the designated Document Verification Committees w.e.f. 20-11-2021 
  14. onwards in the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Divisional Office, Sehkari 
  15. Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Jammu (Jammu Roll No. Based Candidates) and in the Jammu 
  16. and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Central Office, Zum Zum Building Rambagh, Srinagar 
  17. (Kashmir Roll No. Based Candidates); and 
  18. Whereas, in respect of some Items / posts, the sufficient number of candidates 
  19. were not available and as a result, the need has arisen to call additional candidates for 
  20. Document Verification in order to fill all the requisitioned vacancies / posts. 
  21.  Now, therefore, the candidates figuring in Annexure “A” to this Notification 
  22. are hereby called to appear physically for Document Verification before the designated 
  23. Document Verification Committees w.e.f. 18-10-2022 to 19-10-2022 from 10 AM 
  24. onwards, as per the schedule shown against each in the Jammu and Kashmir Services 
  25. Selection Board, Central Office, Hema Complex, Sector-3, Channi Himmat, Jammu 
  26. (Jammu Roll No. Based Candidates) and in the Jammu and Kashmir Services 
  27. Selection Board, Central Office, Zum Zum Building Rambagh, Srinagar (Kashmir 
  28. Roll No. Based Candidates). The candidates who fail to appear before the respective 
  29. Document Verification committee(s) on the scheduled dates shall forfeit their claim for the 
  30. post at a later stage. 
  31.  Further, the multiple items for which the candidates falling in consideration 
  32. zone have been considered is annexed as Annexure “B” for convenience and reference of 
  33. the candidates. The candidates figuring in the Annexures annexed herewith are required to 
  34. carry original documents as well as photocopies of the following documents: 
  35. 1. Copy of Online Application Form. 
  36. 2. DoB Certificate (10th Diploma / Marks card). 
  37. 3. Valid Category Certificate, if any applicable. 
  38. 4. Domicile Certificate. 
  39. 5. 10+2 Marks Sheet / Diploma.
