SSC 20000 Posts, Commission will hold Combined Graduate  Level Examination, 2022 for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts



Staff Selection Commission will hold Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2022 for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different  Ministries, Departments, Organizations of Government of India and various Constitutional bodies, Statutory Bodies, Tribunals, etc

Number of Vacancies:
There are approx. 20,000 vacancies. However, firm vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancies, if any, along with Post-wise& category-wise vacancies will be made available on the website of the 
1. Commission (https://ssc. nic.in> Candidate’s Corner > Tentative Vacancy) in due course.

Who can Apply, Nationality and Citizenship:
1. A candidate must be either:
2. A citizen of India, or 
3. A subject of Nepal, or

What is the Essential Educational Qualifications
1. Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: 
2. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
3. Desirable Qualifications: 
1. Chartered Accountant or
2. Cost & Management Accountant or 
3. Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or 
4. Masters in Business Studies or 
5. Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or  
6. Masters in Business Economics

For Junior Statistical Officer:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level; Or
2. Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.





For All other Posts:
1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. The candidates who have appeared in their final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before the cut-off date i.e.08-10-2022.


What is the Applicaiton fee:
Application Fee:
1. Fee payable: ₹100/- (Rs one hundred only).
2. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), 
Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
Ex servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
3. Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, 
Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan

The 'African Cheetah Introduction Project in India' was conceived in 2009.

"Project Cheetah, under which the cheetahs were reintroduced in India.

The last cheetah in India died in 1947 in Korea district, Chhattisgarh

The species was declared extinct from India in 1952.




Cheetah has lost 90 % of its global habitat in the last 100 years.

Cheetahs were broght in Boeing 747-400 aircraft from Namibia’s capital Windhoek

Arrived in Gwalior

Then  shifted by Indian Air Force (IAF) Chinook heavy-lift helicopter to KNP.

The cheetah has gone extinct in several countries due to human activity.

Leopards have preyed on cheetahs in Africa.

Similar fears are being expressed for Kuno National Park.

Around 50 leopards are housed aroaund KNP.

Accoding to a reseach, cheetahs found in Africa’s Kgalagadi Park showed that cubs of these cheetahs have only 36 % chance of survival.

The cheetah is also the world’s fastest land mammal that lives in Africa and Asia.

Scientific Name of cheetah is  Acinonyx Jubatus

'Project Cheetah' proposal was prepared in 2008-09, approved by Manmohan Singh govt.

Then Forest and Environment Minister, Jairam Ramesh, went to Cheetah outreach centre in South Africa in April 2010,"

In 2013, the Supreme Court stayed the implementation of the Cheetah Reintroduction Programme.

2020  Cheetah Reintroduction Programme was allowed.
