Conduct of Computer Based Type Test (Skill Test) Phase 2nd for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale) , ((Chief Electoral Officer, J&K) Election Department), UT Cadre, Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020 under Item No 099- regarding.

1. Conduct of Computer Based Type Test (Skill Test) Phase 2nd for the post of Election Assistant (Junior Scale) , ((Chief Electoral Officer, J&K) Election Department), UT Cadre, Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020 under Item No 099- regarding. 
2. 1. In continuation to this office notice no SSB/COE/2022/1171-82 dated 10-02-2022the TYPE-TEST (Skill Test) of Phase 2ndfor the posts of Election Assistant (Junior Scale), ((Chief Electoral Officer, J&K) Election Department), UT Cadre, Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020 under Item No 099 for Jammu Based candidates and Kashmir Based Candidates w.e.f. 28th of February, 2022 onwards at NIELIT, Jammu (formerly DOEACC, an Institution Under Ministry of Comm. & IT, Govt of India), University Campus, Jammu and NIELIT (formerly DOEACC), Old Airport Road, Rangreth, Budgam respectively, as per the date and time shown against each candidate schedule annexed at Annexure “A” and “B” of this notice.
3. 2. This notification along with detailed list of candidates called for TYPETEST (Skill Test) in 2nd shown in annexure “A” and “B” is ALSO AVAILABLE on the official website of the Board, i.e. www.jkssb.nic.in 
4. 3. Candidates who are scheduled in the said test are advised to download their Admit Cards from our official website of the Board i.e  w.e.f 24-02-2022 onwards. 
5. 4. The candidates will not be permitted entry into Type test venue without the Admit Card and a valid photo identity which shows the photo clearly. Please again note that apart from Admit Card, the candidates shall be required to produce a photo identity card (Aadhar/Voter Identity Card / Driving License / Passport / Pan Card / Ration Card / Student Identity Card / Identity Card Issued by Competent Authority) as proof of your identity at the time of the exam. 
6. 5. The candidates must note their admit Card will be checked at a registration counter at the Venue. 
7. 6. Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information shall render him / her liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration of any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate(s).
8. 7. A candidate who fails to appear in the test on the scheduled date & time, shall not be allowed to appear in the test for the mentioned notification on any subsequent date and shall be disqualified for any further consideration on this account.
9. 8. No supplementary type-test (of the candidates who happen to miss the type-test scheduled herein) shall be conducted by the Board on any ground whatsoever. 
10. 9. Only those candidates who achieve an accuracy of typing of 90% or above and a type-speed of minimum 35 words per minute shall be considered qualified for second stage. 
11. 10. No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview.

13. 1. The candidates are advised to bring two recent photographs. 
14. 2. The candidate(s) who fail to appear in the Type Test on the given date shall forfeit his right of consideration. 
15. 3. The candidates are hereby directed that Wearing of masks is mandatory during type test and also advised to carry hand sanitizer for their personal use. 
16. 4. Mobile phone is not allowed in the office premises. 

Revised/Final Answer Key of the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination for the posts of Assistant Compiler, (Finance Department), 

Divisional cadre Jammu /Kashmir and Care Taker, (Labour and Employment Department), UT Cadre, Item No 15, 16 and 71, in pursuance to the Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020, after disposal of the representations- regarding.

The revised Answer Key(s), pursuant to disposal of the representations/ objections submitted by the candidates in respect of Tentative Answer Key during the specified days through online mode for Computer based Objective Type Written Examination (CBT) held from 22-12-2021 to 13-01-2022, for the posts of AssistantCompiler, (Finance Department), Divisional cadre Jammu /Kashmir and Care Taker, (Labour and Employment Department), UT Cadre, Item No 15, 16 and 71,in pursuance to the Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020, respectively will be available for viewing of the candidates on JKSSB’s official websitew.e.f 24-02-2022 to 26-02-2022. The candidates are required to login with their Roll No. and Date Birth to view the Response Sheet/Revised Answer Keys. No further claim in this regard shall be entertained, in any form.It is further clarified for information of candidates that;

a) The candidates having marked either of the options as answering option for the questions where two Answering Options are reflected, will be awarded full marks (one Mark).

b) Pursuant to Regulation XV (17) of the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (Conduct of Examinations) Regulations 2013, the marks in nullified/deleted questions shall be allocated equally amongst rest of the valid questions on pro-rata basis so that maximum marks of the Question Paper remain the same.
